Plan limits
A seat is one person with access: every active member of every role, plus every
outstanding invitation, plus every client-portal contact.
Going over the cap is allowed and never punished. A 5-person workspace that drops to
Free keeps all 5 people working. The rule only blocks the next add while the count
is at or above 3. See seats.
Retention
Nothing else expires. Time entries, invoices, reports and history stay until you
remove them. See archive, trash and delete.
Bulk actions
Select more than 500 and you are asked to do it in batches.
Reports and exports
Pivot reports cannot be exported yet. See
export formats.
Time policy settings
These are yours to set, within these bounds.
See time policies.

Structural limits
Webhook delivery
See webhook events.
What has no limit
To be explicit, because people ask:- Clients, projects, tasks, time entries, invoices and reports. No count cap.
- Storage. No quota on attachments or receipts.
- Workspaces per person. You can belong to as many as you like.
- API or webhook volume. Bounded only by the delivery rules above.
- History. Nothing ages out.
