My Schedule shows your own working pattern: what you are expected to work today, and every day for the next two weeks. Open it from My Schedule in the sidebar.

What is on the page

The page has three parts.

Summary chips

Top right, three chips cover the whole 14-day window:

Today

A card for today showing:
  • The date, such as Mon, Jul 27.
  • h expected, or Day off.
  • Your work periods as time pills, such as 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. A moon icon means the period runs past midnight.
  • A badge when something special applies to the day.
  • “Nothing scheduled today” when the day is off.

Upcoming Days

A list of the remaining days. Each row has the weekday and date, Workday or Off, the work periods, any badge, and the day’s total hours. Three filter pills sit above the list: If a filter matches nothing you see “No matching days found for filter.”

The day badges

A badge appears when a schedule exception changes the day. No badge means the day comes straight from your recurring pattern.

Example

Sarah Lin at Northwind Studio is on Standard week – Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. Tom Whitfield adds a workspace exception of type Public holiday for 26 December. Sarah’s My Schedule for the fortnight around it reads: Her total chip drops by 16 hours for that fortnight, because two working days became holidays. Her timesheet expects the lower number too, so the short week is not flagged as a shortfall.

Why it matters

My Schedule answers three questions without asking anyone:
  • Am I working today, and when? The Today card says so.
  • Why is this day off? The badge names the reason.
  • What does my timesheet expect this week? The hours here are the same expected hours the timesheet measures against.

What it does not do

My Schedule is read-only. You cannot change your own hours from it. To change a schedule you need schedule.manage and you do it in Settings → Schedules. If your hours are wrong, ask an Owner or Admin. To book time off, use the Time Off page – /time-off/request-time-off.

Permissions

Client-portal contacts hold no schedule capability and never see this page. The My Schedule link only appears when the Work schedules app is on and you hold schedule.view. To look at a teammate’s schedule, open their record at Settings → Team members → → Schedule. See /team/member-record.

Common questions

It is the window the page covers – today plus the next 13 days. It is long enough to plan around and short enough to read at a glance.
Only if someone added a schedule exception of type Leave for that date. Approved leave requests live on the Time Off timeline and the Planner, not on the schedule itself.
Your assigned schedule marks that weekday as non-working, or an exception applies. Check the badge, then check Settings → Schedules.
Yes. A day off means zero expected hours, not a block on tracking.
Either the Work schedules app is switched off for the workspace, or your role does not hold schedule.view.
